What are the emotional triggers that drive the quality of your life?
We all cycle through a range of emotions each day, but, how can you tell which emotions are driving the quality of your life right now?
Do you feel anger, guilt, loneliness? Or, do you feel excited, happy and joyful?
To discover which emotions are driving the quality of your life, follow these steps within this self discovery exercise;
Write down a list of all the emotions you feel in any given week.
Next, circle the top 5 that you feel the most within any given week.
Notice which top five emotions you have circled, now you have a better understanding of the emotions that trigger you.
If they are negative emotions like sadness, anger etc, write down what the opposite of this emotion is for you.
Now, think about how you could feel more of these positive emotions daily…The more you focus on finding ways to feel these emotions, the more your unconscious mind will search for ways to support you feeling these positive emotions on a more regular basis.
